    David, something I picked up from a cooking show was to do your breading in a gallon or 2 gallon ziplok style bag. Something else I saw, tried and liked was adding either some panko bread crumbs or finely crushed saltine crackers to the breading mix. It made a very, very crunchy crust.

    Those look delicious. I love your recipes and your blog, my favorite go to recipe is your shredded chicken tacos, they are perfect!
